Sunghoon

Park Sung-hoon (Hangul: 박성훈, Japanese: パク・ソンフン), more well known by his stage name Sunghoon (Hangul: 성훈, Japanese: ソンフン), is a member of the South Korean boy group ENHYPEN. He was born on December 8, 2002, and is the visual of the group.

Career[]

2010-2019: Figure skater[]

Sunghoon won two international advanced novice competitions, Asian Figure Skating Trophy and Lombardia Trophy, during the 2015-16 figure skating season.

Sunghoon made his international junior debut during the 2016-17 figure skating season when he became age eligible. He earned a silver medal at Asian Figure Skating Trophy and participated in ISU Junior Grand Prix in Estonia as a representative of South Korea. Next year, he won another silver medal at Asian Figure Skating Trophy and participated in ISU Junior Grand Prix in Poland.

During the 2018-19 figure skating season, Sung-hoon became age-eligible for senior competitions. He participated in two ISU Challenger Series events, Asian Figure Skating Trophy and Alpen Trophy.

2020: I-LAND[]

On June 1, 2020, Sunghoon, along with trainees Sunoo, Jake, Heeseung, K, and Daniel, via Twitter was revealed as an I-LAND contestant. It was also revealed he had been a trainee for two years and one month.[1][2]

On September 18, 2020, he ranked 6th place, becoming a part of the official lineup of ENHYPEN.[3]

Part One[]

Entry Test[]

For the entry test, Sunghoon performed "The 7th Sense" by NCT U, along with Jay. He received a score of 21/22 (95.5%), therefore passing into I-LAND.

Theme Song[]

Sunghoon had Part 7 position. He stays in I-LAND.

Teamwork[]

Sunghoon had Part 9 and stays in I-LAND.

Representative Unit[]

Originally Jay was in the dance unit, but he switched parts with Sunghoon. Sunghoon performed " Rainism, 3 Dope Boyz & One of a Kind" by Rain, Dynamic Duo, G-Dragon along with Jungwon and K and was in the dance unit. Fortunately, they received a score of 73, which was higher than the dance Grounders score, he stayed in I-LAND.

The Final 12[]

Sunghoon is saved from being dropped to ground; thus, he'll continue on to the second part of I-LAND. Sunghoon had Part 3.

Part Two[]

BTS Test[]

Sunghoon was in the "Fake Love" unit that ranked first. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rank will be spending a day of freedom outside I-Land doing different activities. Sunghoon received 3rd rank and was able to spend a day of freedom alongside Heeseung and Jungwon.

Chemistry Test[]

Sunghoon was in the "Flicker" team.

Concept Test[]

Sunghoon had Part 5 with the song "Chamber 5 (Dreams of Dreams)".

Final Test[]

On September 18, 2020, Sunghoon placed 6th, and became a member of the boy group ENHYPEN.[4]
