I-LAND is a South-Korean reality survival show under Belift Lab, previously known as Belift+, which is a joint venture between CJ ENM and Big Hit Entertainment.
It first premiered on June 26, 2020, and was broadcast every Friday at 11 p.m. KST on Mnet.
It was announced that the show would be taking a two week break/hiatus from August 1st to 14th, 2020, in order to prepare the remaining trainees the second part of the show. After the break, it continued airing from August 14th until September 18th, 2020.
